Organic Earl Grey

This rich black tea and bergamot blend is classically British. Top with steamed milk for a London Fog.

Ingredients: Black Tea*, Orange Peel*, Safflower*, Natural Bergamot Flavour. *Organic.
Directions: 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 1 cup serving.
Steep: 2 min at 96–100° C without milk, 5+ min with milk.

Organic Island Forest Green

A full‐bodied green tea, aromatic with a mild yet spicy flavour. Beautifully graded and sorted full‐leaf.

Ingredients: Organic Green Tea
Directions: 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 1 cup serving.
Steep: 3 min at 70–75° C. The temperature of the water is very important to the taste of green tea. It should not taste bitter when brewed properly.

Organic Green Rooibos

An unfermented rooibos, light, fresh, and slightly sweet. An energizing drink when infused hot or cold.

Ingredients: Organic Green Rooibos
Directions: 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 1 cup serving.
Steep: 5 min at 96–100° C.

Turmeric Spice Blend

A rich and smooth blend with a slightly sweet and spicy kick. Simmer in milk for a warm and comforting treat.

Ingredients: Turmeric*, Ginger*, Cinnamon*, Licorice*, Black Pepper*. *Organic.
Directions: 1–2 tsp loose leaf tea per 1 cup serving.
Steep: 5–10 min at 96–100° C. Or simmer in milk for 5–10 minutes. Sweeten a little, if desired.

Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder

Premium green tea matcha powder, smooth, creamy, and slightly sweet with a hint of grassiness.

Ingredients: Organic Green Tea Powder.
Directions: Whisk 1/2 tsp powder and 2 tsp 75° C water until smooth. Add 2/3 C more hot water, whisking until frothy. Matcha Latté: Whisk 1 tsp powder with 1/4 C 75° C water. Top with steamed milk and sweeten if desired.
