Pollinators love dill flowers and will keep this part of your garden buzzing. If seed is what you're after, leave flowers on, and harvest in the fall for dill seed for cooking or planting out again next season. Direct seed whenever you like in the spring, thinning as needed if growing for seed. Plant bi-weekly for a continuous supply of leafy dill all summer long.
