How to Shop Our Refillery

Yes! Bulk products are available in a container from either our Container Deposit Program, or a refillable glass or plastic container depending on the product chosen.

When you purchase refillable bulk products online, there's a $2.50 container deposit to cover the cost of the selected container. This deposit is automatically added to your cart when you choose the product quantity, regardless of the size.

After using the product, you have three options:

1. Return the empty container to get your deposit refunded.
2. Visit our store to refill the container with another product.
3. Keep the container at home and reuse it as you like!

In-store and curbside pick-up is available during our opening hours. Our store hours and address are located in the footer of our website.

Home delivery is available Tuesday to Friday & Saturday in Sault Ste Marie between Dacey Road and Allens Side Road.

We are happy to collect any containers you would like to return at the same time as the delivery.

Please let us know in advance if you will be returning any containers.

Also, please indicate any delivery instructions in the notes section when checking out.

If you prefer to avoid shopping in person our curbside pick up or home delivery might be right for you. 

No problem! We have sanitized upcycled jars for a small price or you can use our container deposit program where you pay a small fee that is fully refunded once the jar is returned. We also carry refillable containers that can be purchased and refilled again and again.
