How it works
Hearterra offers bulk products for online shopping. The bulk products are available in a container from our Container Deposit Program, a glass bottle or a refillable plastic container depending on the product chosen. Curb side pick up and local delivery is available.
Container Deposit Program
To help reduce plastic waste and cultivate a more sustainable way of living we offer a container deposit program. All of our products are pre measured in glass jars. The container deposit program has a fully refundable fee of $2.50. This fee is automatically added onto the price of products. You can either keep the jar to use as you wish or return it to our store for a full refund. You can return the jars during store hours.
Store hours and curbside pick up
Our store is open for shopping or curbside pick upHome delivery is available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday in Sault Ste Marie between Dacey Road and Allens Side Road. We are happy to collect any containers you would like to return at the same time as the delivery. Please let us know in advance if you will be returning any containers. Also, please indicate any delivery instructions in the notes section when checking out.
Cleaning
The store is kept well cleaned and sanitized. When jars are returned they are sanitized and then re-used. Proper COVID-19 prevention protocols are followed in-store as needed. We ask that you enter the store wearing a mask and apply hand sanitizer.
