Our Cask 25 star dark plain balsamic vinegar is sourced directly from Modena, Italy. Made of 80% grape must and 20% wine vinegar, it is naturally sweet (no added sugar) and has a creamy and velvety texture, similar to balsamic reduction.
It is used in marinades, sauces, dressings, desserts, cocktails and to enhance the flavors of your dishes, whether fish, seafood, meat or tofu.
Product of Modena, no added sugar, vegan, gluten free, non-GMO.
Fig infused dark balsamic vinegar has a rich and creamy texture, its slightly sweet and delicate taste goes remarkably well with both sweet and savory dishes. Figs go well with pork, nuts, cold meats and cheese, especially goat cheese and blue cheese. Of course, it will also enhance your dressings and marinades!
